Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the iStaff Recruits website, forms, job board, resume upload experience, employer intake tools, contact channels, and related online content. By using the website, submitting information, requesting recruiting support, or communicating with iStaff Recruits through this website, you agree to these terms.

If you are using the website on behalf of a company, organization, or employer, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that organization and to provide hiring-related information to iStaff Recruits.

Recruiting Services and Website Content

• The website is designed to support staffing, recruiting, job-search, employer intake, resume review, candidate screening, and related communications.
• Website content is provided for general informational and recruiting purposes. It is not legal, tax, immigration, benefits, payroll, workplace safety, or human resources compliance advice.
• Job listings, role descriptions, schedules, compensation ranges, work locations, employer requirements, and candidate availability may change without notice.
• iStaff Recruits may update, suspend, withdraw, or decline to publish website content, job listings, submissions, or requests at any time.

Candidate Use

• Candidates are responsible for submitting accurate, current, and truthful information about work history, skills, credentials, availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, and contact details.
• Submitting a resume, application, profile, or inquiry does not guarantee employment, placement, an interview, an offer, a particular pay rate, or continued consideration.
• Candidates should not upload Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account details, medical records, protected health information, passwords, or other sensitive information unless iStaff Recruits specifically requests it through a secure and appropriate process.
• Candidates may ask iStaff Recruits to update their information, stop contacting them, or stop presenting them for opportunities by contacting letstalk@istaffrecruits.com.

Employer and Client Use

• Employers are responsible for providing accurate job requirements, lawful pay information, worksite details, schedule expectations, benefits information, screening criteria, and hiring timelines.
• Employers remain responsible for final hiring decisions, workplace compliance, wage and hour practices, onboarding, tax classification, employment eligibility verification, background-check compliance, and all terms and conditions of employment.
• Employers may not submit discriminatory, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or deceptive staffing requests. iStaff Recruits may decline or discontinue support for requests that appear inconsistent with lawful or ethical recruiting practices.
• Any separate written agreement between iStaff Recruits and an employer controls where it conflicts with these website terms.

Prohibited Conduct

• Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
• Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the website, forms, data, systems, or connected services.
• Do not use the website to impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, collect information from other users, or transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or fraudulent job opportunities.

Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

The iStaff Recruits name, logo, website design, copy, visual assets, page layouts, and platform content are owned by or licensed to iStaff Recruits and may not be copied, reused, or distributed except as allowed by law or with written permission.

By submitting resumes, applications, employer requests, job descriptions, or other materials, you grant iStaff Recruits permission to use those materials to provide recruiting services, respond to inquiries, evaluate fit, communicate with employers or candidates, maintain records, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

No Guarantees

iStaff Recruits works to support quality matches, but recruiting outcomes depend on market conditions, employer needs, candidate qualifications, timing, references, lawful screening, interview performance, compensation alignment, and other factors outside the website experience. No website content or communication guarantees a job, candidate match, interview, placement, offer, hire, or specific business outcome.

Third-Party Services and Communications

The website may use third-party services such as hosting, form handling, email delivery, analytics, file handling, and communications tools. Those services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean iStaff Recruits controls or endorses those websites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStaff Recruits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, unavailable services, changed job listings, recruiting decisions, third-party systems, unauthorized access, or reliance on website content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law, Updates, and Contact

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. iStaff Recruits may update these terms from time to time by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
