Recruiting Services and Website Content
- The website is designed to support staffing, recruiting, job-search, employer intake, resume review, candidate screening, and related communications.

Candidate Use
- Candidates are responsible for submitting accurate, current, and truthful information about work history, skills, credentials, availability, work authorization, compensation expectations, and contact details.
- Submitting a resume, application, profile, or inquiry does not guarantee employment, placement, an interview, an offer, a particular pay rate, or continued consideration.
- Candidates should not upload Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, bank account details, medical records, protected health information, passwords, or other sensitive information unless iStaff Recruits specifically requests it through a secure and appropriate process.
- Candidates may ask iStaff Recruits to update their information, stop contacting them, or stop presenting them for opportunities by contacting letstalk@istaffrecruits.com.
Employer and Client Use
- Employers are responsible for providing accurate job requirements, lawful pay information, worksite details, schedule expectations, benefits information, screening criteria, and hiring timelines.
- Employers remain responsible for final hiring decisions, workplace compliance, wage and hour practices, onboarding, tax classification, employment eligibility verification, background-check compliance, and all terms and conditions of employment.
- Employers may not submit discriminatory, misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or deceptive staffing requests. iStaff Recruits may decline or discontinue support for requests that appear inconsistent with lawful or ethical recruiting practices.
- Any separate written agreement between iStaff Recruits and an employer controls where it conflicts with these website terms.
Prohibited Conduct
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, malicious, or unauthorized content.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to the website, forms, data, systems, or connected services.
- Do not use the website to impersonate another person, misrepresent your affiliation, collect information from other users, or transmit malware, spam, phishing content, or fraudulent job opportunities.
Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

iStaff Recruits works to support quality matches, but recruiting outcomes depend on market conditions, employer needs, candidate qualifications, timing, references, lawful screening, interview performance, compensation alignment, and other factors outside the website experience. No website content or communication guarantees a job, candidate match, interview, placement, offer, hire, or specific business outcome.
Third-Party Services and Communications
The website may use third-party services such as hosting, form handling, email delivery, analytics, file handling, and communications tools. Those services may process information as described in the Privacy Policy. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean iStaff Recruits controls or endorses those websites.
Limitation of Liability
